If you could have watched a fun and interactive video instead of having to read several chapters of a boring book written by some intellectual that has lost touch to the language of everyday-humans, would you not have chosen the video?

Choose e-Learning

It is fascinating to see what custom e-learning solutions can do. Generally e-learning itself is already an interesting topic, but all too often you still come across these nineties-looking videos that just sound way too much like they are reading that handbook for your microwave. I learned it does not have to be that way.

Coming from another field in the internet technology sector, I only knew a little about the e-learning development that is booming globally. The occasional TedTalk about the amazing impact of e-learning technology and the personal experience of using youtube to learn something new myself made me scratch the surface of that world. Yet recently I switched jobs, starting to work for KMI Learning and let me tell you there is so much more…
…If every employer would have the fun and interactive custom e-learning solutions that I see here being made every day, the frustration of having to read through that employee training handbook (if you read it) would turn into a fun experience. Imagine employees actually knowing the safety regulations or doctors and nurses being able to prevent unnecessary treatments or infections because of great training.

“Learners recall just 10% of what they read and 20% of what they hear. If there are visuals accompanying an oral presentation, the number rises to 30% and if they observe someone carrying out an action while explaining it, 50%. But learners remember 90% if they do the job themselves, even if it is only a simulation.“ *

Think about it! 90%, if every professional were to remember that much and had fun learning it too, that would change the world of business.

I am very happy to be able to help change how people learn. Personally I will chose that fun video as part of custom e-learning solutions anytime.
