This medical manufacturing and distribution company needed an efficient and effective way to express the great importance of accurate procedures to all employees.
KMI understands the importance of limiting OSIs to the company’s bottom line but also understood that the way to connect to the average employee is to tell the personal stories and consequences that these errors have on the lives of those reliant on the medical supplies. By telling the story of an individual in need of a walker to recover from surgery the user can see how a simple mistake can result in more than an inconvenience to a customer. We combined friendly and fun illustration with video demonstration of warehouse workers to keep the material approachable and instantly informative.
