KMI Learning was founded in 2000 by Mark Colasante and Joel Copeland to help organizations deliver training that is practical, measurable, and easy to manage. From the start, we focused on proven technology, thoughtful design, and a high level of responsiveness to customer needs.
Over the years, KMI has grown steadily by doing the fundamentals well: building reliable learning systems, supporting long-term programs, and adapting to what each organization actually needs.
